Our Special Guest: Kristin is a native Texan, went to college in Kansas, and ended up in Arizona in 2004. She’s been gardening, raising chickens, planting fruit trees, and constructing buildings ever since! She completed her Permaculture Design Course in 2015 and since then has been focusing on local food system development and permaculture. She lives on an half-acre edible landscape property that has over 75 fruit trees n Scottsdale. She and her business partner Melissa run Cultivated LLC., a company that provides hands-on workshops on freeze dried foods and locally grown flowers.
