Mark is founder of Vertical Veg, an initiative that inspires and supports growing food in containers in small urban spaces such as balconies, patios, and more. Mark grew over £900 ($1,300) of food in one year on his small balcony and window sills in London. He loves growing his own food, and is on a mission to promote the many health, community and environment benefits of growing in containers at home. He runs workshops on food growing in containers, an online club for container growers.
