Where do you place your heart?

I am currently taking an Anusara yoga Immersion at Desert Song Yoga with Meg Byerlein and our assignment yesterday was to write about shradda. Shradda is the Sanskrit word for faith.  Apparently though literally translated it means “where I place my heart?”  Where do you place your heart?  Don’t think too long and let me know if you like.

I place my heart in the soul of the soil, nurturing it to grow healthy food.
I place my heart in the fruit trees that fill our bellies with food year after year without a thought.
I place my heart in Mother Nature that knows how to make energy flow.
I place my heart in the lives of the animals that I nurture – chickens, dogs and yes even a cat that I am cat sitting for.
I place my heart in my parents whose time is running short.
I place my heart in our culture sharing all that I know about growing food.
But most of all I place my heart with love trusting and sharing it every day.
