Mesquite Harvest Class (Location changed)

June 19, 2021 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am

Saturday, June 19th at 8 am.

Join Farmer Greg and Permaculture Educator Don Titmus of The Bee Oasis as they host a class on harvesting mesquite pods in GRANADA Park. You will be free to harvest mesquite from the local trees.

You  will see, smell, touch, and taste mesquite trees and beans as you take our class and learn how to collect mesquite beans.

Improve your mesquite pod harvesting awareness through this annual refresher class. Depending on the weather and the trees, you should be able to harvest.

More details will be provided in the registration confirmation email.

(6/12) LOCATION CHANGE: Due to some vigorous landscaping at the Tempe location, we are moving this event to the Granada Park Location. Corrected emails have been sent to those who previously registered.
