Join us for our favorite Mesquite Zoom Class with guest presenters Peggy Sue Sorensen and Mike Clow, as we look forward to our local Mesquite Pod Milling Event at the end of the month.

  • How to prepare mesquite pods for milling – gain an understanding of how a community mill works and find out what you need to do BEFORE bringing your harvest.
  • How to store them until they are milled – how to avoid simple mistakes and keep your harvest safe.
  • Where to take them for milling – find out how simple the process is, and why a community mill is so efficient.
  • BONUS: We will also include some fun mesquite recipes to get you started!
