Clark manages Arizona Worm Farm in Phoenix, Arizona, where he oversees a diverse variety of programs designed to show people how through natural systems what most call garbage can be turned into food. After spending 10 years in the food safety industry Clark moved to growing food on his own farm in the Phoenix area. Now 20 years later, while continuing to stay current and certified in food safety, he has helped to start up and manage farms specializing in aeroponics, aquaponics, wheatgrass, mushrooms, and much more. He is currently a student of Elaine Ingham’s Soil Food Web School where he is specializing in the use of nature to help farmers and gardeners reduce or even eliminate fertilizer and pesticide use through the use of naturally occurring microbes in our environment. Clark is available for questions and consultations. Reach him at firstname.lastname@example.org and through Arizona Worm Farm, www.arizonawormfarm.com.
