Wanted: NOW short term room, or rental, house-sit, or house tending /on market home to care for while I buy and redo a condo in the East Phoenix/ Valley area. Have an offer on a Scottsdale condo, has to be remodeled before move in. Temporary stay: unfurnished or furnished, to include access to kitchen, w/d + all utilities, with wifi please. Prefer own bath. Non- smoking environment, I have one well behaved gent of an indoor cat named Cash. I return to AZ mid- November, would like to store a few items now. Nov - possibly Jan. $250 - $300 month neg. Will bring all my own bedding, linens, etc. Local References.
